(Fall Games are September through October.)

Costs: $90 Registration + $20 Fundraiser = $110 Total
When: Print a copy of your completed application and drop off with payment on our 5/19 Game Day, between 2PM and 4PM at Edina Park. (The corner of Shiloh and Edina, East of Sheridan Road in Zion.)
Includes: Fall & Spring Seasons (Jersey, Shorts, Socks)
